Yummy Blueberry Smoothie

I always feel like munching on snacks when ever I am reading or watching something interesting.  That makes me look out for healthy snacks which are easy to make and fills one for around 1 hr at least. Now a days, I buy a lot of fruits to keep on snacking. Today I made blueberry smoothie which is very easy to make and tastes delicious. 




Ingredients: 

1 pack Blueberries - 6 ounces
3 - 4 teaspoon yoghurt/ curd
2 - 3 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon honey

Time of preparation: 5 min

Method of preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend them well till they are smooth. You can taste and adjust sweetness. Also you can add more milk to adjust the thickness. Add more milk if you like the smoothie thin. 

You can add ice also in the blender if you like it very chilled. I don't like using ice that much and hence did not use them at all... I had tasted the blueberry banana or mango smoothie from various shops and loved them. How ever I was not sure about preparing a smoothie at home considering that it contained yoghurt. I am not much a fan of yoghurt. 
A special note for people who hate yoghurt/ curd, you can try this as well and be assured, you dont feel the taste of yoghurt at all... 

Health Benefits :

Blueberries are very good for health as they are rich in antioxidants. Also they are rich in potassium. Yoghurt and Milk in the smoothie gives you calcium. All in all, they are really good for you. So drink it up!!!
